All Power Sessions are available as classroom workshops and online sessions.

We are all juggling personal and work goals and responsibilities. The pressure of deadlines and expectations on us, can leave one feeling overwhelmed. The more responsibility and commitments we take on, the more we will find our mind racing between to do lists, worrying about completing tasks and achieving goals, and responding to multiple demands on one’s time and attention all day. Focus and concentration becomes difficult and we find ourselves making mistakes, feeling stressed and exhausted.
